Consulting And Research Engineering, PLLC (“CARE”) is a locally owned and operated small business established in 2001 to serve private and government clients with Consulting Civil Engineering, Survey, and Environmental Services.

CARE has assisted several government and private sector clients with scoping, planning, design, construction, and close-out services. 

We have performed professional engineering services in Water, Wastewater, Storm Water, Sub Division, Airport Consulting, Environmental Assesment Construction and Program Management. 

Over the years, we have managed a wide variety of projects, ranging in value from several thousand dollars to over $10 million.  In addition, the firm has provided expert witness testimony and research/development services in various areas of civil engineering.
